The airflow screening machine and gas-solid separation dust removal device form a closed-loop screening system. The host is an air flow powder screening machine, and the closed shell of the screening body is equipped with a vertical circular cylindrical screen mesh; The inner side of the screen has a circular wind turbine, which is driven to rotate by an electric motor mounted on the base; The upper part of the screen shell is equipped with a feeding hopper and a coarse screen, and the lower part is equipped with a slag discharge port; The motor is connected to the spindle via a belt; The lower opening of the wind turbine hopper forms a feeding gap. The gas-solid separation and dust removal device consists of an induced draft fan, a settling chamber, and a dust removal bag. The airflow screen is connected to the separation and dust removal device by a plastic corrugated hose.
Working principle of QLS series airflow screen:The air flow screen host abandons the traditional principle of gravity potential energy operation and opens up a new way of screening with the kinetic energy of the carrier fluid. It uses high-speed air flow as a carrier in a closed state, allowing fully diffused powder particles to be sprayed towards the screen with sufficient kinetic energy to achieve rapid classification. The fine powder material enters the feeding port through the feeding hopper, immediately diffuses and mixes with air to form a mist. Through the action of the rotating fan, the material is sprayed in a whirlwind shape through the mesh. The fine powder passing through the screen is transported by vibration or directly falls into the negative pressure circulation air duct. Under the action of the induced draft fan, all the gas and fine powder enter the settling chamber. After settling, the finished fine powder is discharged by the lower discharge winch.
Most of the gas with a small amount of dust enters the dust removal bag, is purified and discharged outside the bag, and a small portion enters the circulating air duct under the screen through the return air duct, and then enters the settling chamber for secondary separation through the induced draft fan. Materials that cannot pass through the sieve will fall into the sieve tray and be discharged outside the machine through the slag discharge outlet. For materials containing large particles, a vibrating screen or rotary vibrating screen equipped with a 40-60 mesh sieve should be used for screening treatment first, to screen out the large particles or foreign objects, in order to prevent the sieve inside the host from being pierced or damaged.
